The Ministry of Fisheries and Blue Economy operates the federal portal at fisheries.gov.so. Citizens, vessel operators, exporters, and member-state administrations apply for, verify, and manage statutory permits issued under Somalia Fisheries Law No. 008 and the 2025 Fisheries Regulations.
